Many flats in Noida and Ghaziabad are now 10–15 years old. The kitchen is tired, the wardrobes have sagged and the bathrooms leak. A well-planned renovation can make the flat feel brand new, often for less than you'd expect. Here's how to do it right.
Step 1: Decide the scope
Walk through each room and list what must change and what can stay. Typical full renovations cover the kitchen, wardrobes, bathrooms, false ceilings, electrical, painting and sometimes flooring.
Step 2: Fix the hidden problems first
- Seepage and dampness: fix waterproofing before any new woodwork goes in
- Old wiring: replace aluminium or overloaded circuits
- Plumbing: change old GI pipes to CPVC
Step 3: Bathroom renovation
Bathrooms change the feel of an old flat the most. Large-format tiles, concealed cisterns and modern fittings make a huge difference.
Step 4: Kitchen renovation
Remove the old platform and cabinets, re-plan plumbing and electrical points, and install a modular kitchen.
Step 5: Wardrobes, ceilings and lighting
Replace old almirahs with sliding or hinged wardrobes, then add gypsum ceilings with cove lighting.

Step 6: Paint, panelling and finishing
Fresh paint, a feature wall with panelling and new lighting complete the transformation.
How long does it take?
It depends on scope. A single kitchen or bathroom can be quick, while a full flat takes longer. We give you a written timeline with the quote.
